May 28th General Circle Call Replay
May 28th General Circle Call Replay

We didn’t choose it because it’s trendy or popular. We chose it because it works.

Our members come from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. This can create tension—but it also creates possibility. The sociocratic model gives us a way to move forward together without silencing voices or sacrificing progress. It’s not about voting or majority rules. It’s about hearing every voice, coming to agreement, and acting from collective clarity—not conflict.

This method allows us to face blocks instead of avoiding them, to listen deeply without being stuck, and to practice sovereignty not just in theory—but in action.

We invite our members to witness this process as we host our upcoming Sociocracy Call. This is not a closed-door meeting. It’s an invitation to observe how we, the people, are building the foundation for a better way—right here, right now.

We’re not following a system that’s failed us. We’re creating something new. We’re not rallying for change in the old structures. We’re becoming the change by role modeling it ourselves—in our homes, our associations, and one day, in the true leadership of our nation.

This isn’t being taught in the public schools. But it should be. And until it is, we will teach it by living it.

We’re not here to claim perfection. We’re not pretending to have all the answers. What we are committed to is truth. Transparency. Integrity.

Transparency does not mean public. And private does not mean secret.

Private means sacred. It means intentional. It means honouring the space we hold together as a living body—mankind in harmony with creation.

This is conflict resolution at its highest form. It is sovereign. It is respectful. It is structured. And it is ours to grow—from our families to our fellowships, from our circles to our communities.

This is what we’ve chosen. And we invite you to come see why.

Let this be the generation that models leadership not through control—but through coherence.

Let us gather in balance and build what our hearts have long known is possible.

General Circle Replays – Sociocracy

A Living Model of Leaders by Consent

In a world that defaults to division and dysfunction, we at yyc ROCKS Private Member Association have made a deliberate choice: To lead from coherence, not control. To make decisions by consent, not coercion. To embody a new model of self-governance, one decision at a time.

We didn’t choose sociocracy because it’s trending. We chose it because it works.Because it honors every voice, upholds clarity, and creates the structure we need to move forward—together.

Our First Step Has Been Taken

On May 28, we held our first official Sociocracy Call—a milestone moment where structure met soul. This wasn’t just a meeting. It was a memory in the making. A demonstration of what happens when private people come together to make decisions with integrity, transparency, and respect.

If you missed it, the recording is now available to members:

This replay is more than a recap—it’s a model. A living system in motion.

What You’ll Witness

  • A circle moving in rhythm, with listening at the center

  • Consent-based decisions—not majority rules, but mutual clarity

  • Role clarity: who decides, for how long, and why

  • Real-time collaboration, gentle pauses, and principled forward motion

This is how we are growing governance from the bottom up—starting with Alberta, and shaping a model that can be shared across fellowships and families everywhere.

Private Means Sacred

Transparency does not mean exposure. Private does not mean hidden.

Private means sacred. It means intentional. It means we hold this space together as a living body—mankind in harmony with creation.

This is sovereignty in action. This is how we learn to govern with grace.

Let us model what’s possible—with structure, truth, and presence.Let us become the leadership we’ve been waiting for.
