  • Do you have a physician who can prescribe medication?
    We do not directly prescribe, diagnose, or treat. We educate, support, and collaborate with our professional health & wellness team to achieve your unique optimal health & wellness goals.
  • If you don’t have the skills in-house for my needs, how will you help me?
    We have an assortment of health & wellness professionals (HWPs) that continues to grow. If we cannot address your concerns, we will do our best to try and connect you to those who can.
  • Are you working for the government?
    We are not working for the Government. We work to serve the public and the public alone, free from government restriction & manipulation. Our contract is between member to member - the consultant and the person receiving the service.
  • Is my health history private or do you share it with the government? (ie vaccine history)
    The personal health & wellness information discussed at your appointment will remain confidential and private between you and the HWP directly supporting your care. All documentation is kept as a hard copy and stays with you for your personal record. WE DO NOT KEEP ELECTRONIC RECORDS.
  • Why should I become a member?
    Our memberships are based on a private members association. This means the health & wellness consultant and the client are both members of the YYC Rocks community who have agreed to contractually collaborate with one another to successfully achieve the goals of your care plan. Members have the benefits of accessing our services.
  • How do I become a member?
    Please review our vision, values, and principles. If you feel aligned please fill out a membership request form!
  • What can I expect after I submit a membership request?
    We are working to the best of our ability to respond to your request in a timely manner. A member of our team will contact you with a few questions regarding your interest to join our community. We will then arrange a time, at your convenience to meet with you directly, review your membership, and provide your initial health & wellness review.
  • What is involved in the initial Health & Wellness (medical) Review?
    Health History - Review of previous diagnoses, medications, surgeries, family history, vital signs, with a primary focus on addressing presenting symptoms. Referral to YYC Rocks collaborative care team to further assist in identifying health & wellness concerns.
