About the event

This exciting initiative is intended for family connection and learning life skills, along with nourishing our minds and bodies together in a fun community space! Support your child with 30 mins of yoga; afterward, each family will make a healthy snack from scratch to take to school for the week. Let's remember how to love ourselves and cut out those packaged processed foods, and get back to natural health!

$11/child drop in ~ Parent/Guardian included (parent attendance required)

Ages 5-13

New exciting snacks each week!

Bring your own food & supplies. To support our children in being responsible and accountable, they are encouraged to come with their own mixing bowl and measuring cups (which they can leave at the space for future events). They will also be expected to wash their dishes and tidy up. After baking, they will enjoy 30 mins of instructor lead yoga by Cori while the home fills of the delicious smells of all their hard work.

Don’t forget a container to bring your treats home.

Limited seats available. To save your seat please RSVP!

Recipe and address will be provided after RSVP confirmed. If child has allergies, please feel free to come with a recipe of your own.

My girls are so excited to go shopping to pick out their baking utensils, as well as grocery shopping for the ingredients they need. They are using their own money to make these purchases and are enjoying how to figure out the costs and to stay within their budget. Math is a challenge in our family and this is a creative way to make math and life skills fun!
