Alberta Rising is a provincial initiative that is modeled after Freedom Rising; a national initiative that has been successful in bringing together individuals, organizations, independent media, and citizen  journalists over the last 2 years. As a result, hundreds of individuals and groups are working together

more collaboratively and effectively. With this spirit in mind, Alberta Rising has been created to facilitate that type of momentum right here in our beloved province of Alberta.

Alberta Rising will model itself on the efforts and values of Freedom Rising, with the focus on issues and initiatives specific to Alberta. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself at www.freedomrising.info
