There is a constant struggle to maintain balance in life. You know what to do and what not to do, however, life gets in the way. Here are some consequences of poor daily choices:

  • Persistent weight gain
  • Fat accumulation around the belly, thighs and arms

  • Menopause symptoms: weight gain & hot flashes
  • Poor quality of sleep or waking up in the middle of the night (once or even multiple times)

Dee Mago was born a rebel. She has been the disruptor of many concepts in business and personal life. Her mission is to be the catalyst in the fitness industry and transform people’s lives by focusing on body mind and soul through exercise, nutrition, emotional healing, and other activities to help people to bring more vitality, and longevity, increase energy and bring their sexy back. Dee’s passion for physical health started to become stronger in 2012 after a few life-changing events. The only things that kept her sane and going were: meditation, nutrition, physical health, and community.

Magdalena Czyz is a certified health coach and public speaker. She specializes in effortless weight loss, menopause management and showing people how to find freedom from their mind through different stress management tools. She also runs corporate wellness workshops where she teaches employees how to better manage stress and boost productivity through proper nutrition and super effective exercises. She is also a dancer at heart. The form of dance she performs is called free flow as she is passionate about bringing a sense of freedom to those around her.
